The course provides students with an in-depth knowledge regarding a machine’s perception of visual information for storing, accessing and manipulating these visual representations of graphical objects and scenes. It includes theoretical, mathematical and algorithmic aspects of concepts such as Graphical Hardware, 2D and 3D representations of graphical objects for incorporating visual realism in images portrayed on a display device 

OODM through UML  is the 3 Credit ( 45 Hours) regular subject Course for the Second year/ Third semester students of Pokhara University.

This course is offered to the student of BESE as a regular subject at Nepal College of Information Technology (NCIT) for the session Spring 2020

Course Objectives:

  • To explain and illustrate the fundamental concept of object orientation.
  • To introduce the basic concepts of object-oriented analysis and design
  • To study the main features of software development process in an object-oriented framework
  • To provide exposure to Visual Object Oriented Modeling languages, specifically UML(Unified Modeling Language)
  • To develop skills on verifying, and validating a given specification presented in UML
  • To develop a specification and implementation using UML from a given system requirements description.
