Unix Shell Programming is an elective subject offered to MCIS, MECE and MScCS under Pokhara University.
The objective of this course is to impart knowledge about Unix/Linux operating system and shell programming. This course broadly covers basic commands, file and directory structures, regular expressions, shell environment and shell scripts with a bit of programming capabilities.
